Once Again Encarnacion Is An Offensive Power House!

Encarnacion hit his 4th HR in five games.

James Shields pitched a strong 8 2/3 IP, giving up 1 ER.

Edwin Encarnacion jacked one out of the ballyard and had 4 RBI as the SoCal
Wildfires defeated the Tinley Redbirds 8 to 5 at Camden Yards.
 
The SoCal fans enjoyed the offense provided by Encarnacion.  He smacked a
single in the 6th inning and launched a three-run homer in the 7th inning.
SoCal finished with 11 hits in the victory.  
 
The winning pitcher was James Shields(1-0) who allowed 5 runs in 8 and 2/3
innings. Cory Wade earned the save, his 1st.  Justin Masterson(0-1) took the
loss.  He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 10 hits and 2 walks in
6 innings.
