Edwin Encarnacion Single Handedly Beats The Redbirds!

Edwin Encarnacion hits his 3rd HR in four games, and has 5 RBI's.

Matt Cain pitched 8 2/3 innings and gets his 1st win of the season.

Third baseman Edwin Encarnacion connected with a 'big fly' and had 5 RBI as
the SoCal Wildfires defeated the Tinley Redbirds by the score of 8 to 4 at
Camden Yards.
 
The SoCal fans enjoyed the offense provided by Encarnacion. He lofted a
solo-blast 'downtown' in the 2nd inning, delivered a base-hit bringing home
two baserunners in the 3rd inning and delivered a one-base hit which was good
for two runs in the 7th inning.  SoCal had 11 hits for the game and Tinley
had 7.  
 
Matt Cain(1-1) allowed 4 runs in 8 and 2/3 innings, and picked up the victory.
Brandon Morrow(0-1) absorbed the loss.  He allowed 5 hits and 3 walks in 2and 2/3 innings.
